Robin Crowell

Executive Director

Robin is the Executive Director of the Fountains of Franklin. She has enjoyed more than 30 years in the healthcare field, including working with St.Thomas Health Services. She was blessed to work with St.Thomas when it was run by the Daughters of Charity. There she was privileged to work in a faith-based environment which now carries over to the Fountains! Her years as a nurse executive and an administrator in long term care have also prepared her for the Fountains’ senior community. Robin views her career as a “calling” and strives to lead with the heart of a servant.

Robin, originally from Chattanooga, is a long-time resident of Williamson County. She and her husband, Randall, have two adult daughters, Cassie and Megan, who both now live nearby. She is a member of Epworth United Methodist and is very active in its ministries, including the choir and handbells. Her hobbies include beekeeping, hiking, camping, traveling, and playing with her two Great Pyrenes dogs!

Laurie Evans Ross

Community Relations Director

Laurie serves as the Community Relations Director at the Fountains of Franklin. Her career in Senior Living Communities began 15 years ago. She has worked in Community Relations and Programming Director roles in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Communities. Laurie’s training with the Alzheimer’s Association provides her with opportunities to facilitate Caregiver Support Groups. With a professional music career background, Laurie enjoys directing the newly formed “Fountains Family Singers,” a choir consisting of staff and residents.

Her daughter, Olivia, and Olivia’s husband, Kyle, live in Nashville. Laurie and her husband, Gary, love traveling, cheering for the Chicago Cubs, and spending time with family and friends. Laurie says that she is “inspired every day by the residents and loves the opportunity to work with families as they transition their loved ones to their new home at The Fountains.”

Jane Bowden

Activity Director

Jane serves as the Program Director in Reflections Memory Care at the Fountains of Franklin. She may be new to the senior living community, but she loves every minute of it. It is Jane’s mission to ensure that all the residents in Reflections have a good day and find something that makes them happy.

Jane is a native of Middle Tennessee and worked as a Producer for country television programming for 12 years. Jane is a proud mother of three sons and will gladly brag to you about them anytime you ask. Jane is happy to be a part of the Fountains’ family and do her part to bring joy to the residents in Reflections.

Jim Bradley

Property Manager

Jim has worked in the construction business for many years and has performed residential maintenance for apartments and condominiums. He also previously provided maintenance at another local Assisted Living facility. After that experience, Jim realized that he had found his “niche!”

While Jim loves what he does at the Fountains, he is extremely proud of his five children and seven grandchildren. He also loves to fish and work in his yard.
