Sue Hall is the Executive Director at Fountains of Franklin. Sue has been in healthcare for 30 years as a nurse, consultant and administrator.  Through the years, she has always felt her “calling” was with seniors, and she feels at home at the Fountains.  Sue serves on the board of the Tennessee State Veterans Homes and recently joined the Franklin noon Rotary.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Sue has called TN home for the past 23 years.  She and her husband live in Murfreesboro and have one son.  She recently added “Grandma” to her resume when her grandson was born in October 2016.

Ricki Keckley serves as the Director of Community Relations.  She and her family are long-time residents of Franklin, and she has worked in the realm of senior care for over 20 years.  She is delighted to be able to represent the Fountains in Franklin and Williamson County, and treasures all of the resident, family and greater community relationships that she has been able to experience.  Her daily motto is expressed on a mural in her office that states, “Love is patient. Love is kind. Love never fails.”

Dietrich Cooper

Dietrich Cooper serves as the Executive Chef at the Fountains of Franklin.  Dietrich has been in the restaurant business since he was sixteen years old, opening six restaurants and managing several others.  As the Fountain’s Executive Chef, he really appreciates the family atmosphere that pervades the Fountains – among the residents as well as the staff.  It gives him great pleasure to serve the residents and to make their dining experience as enjoyable as possible.

Dietrich and Sarah live in Nashville and have two beautiful children, Crosby and Wilder.  A surefire way to create a huge smile on Dietrich’s face is to mention his children!

Brenda Rummel

Brenda Rummell serves as the Fountains’ Activity Director.  With over 15 years of experience serving at senior living communities, she loves working with and ministering to the residents. She considers herself to be the “cheerleader” at the Fountains. Brenda loves to see her residents try new experiences and join in the many activities that are offered.   Their quality of life is very important to her.

Brenda grew up in Michigan but has lived in Tennessee for 26 years. She truly considers herself a southerner now. Brenda and her husband have two grown sons and have recently added a new granddaughter to the family.

Jim Bradley

Jim Bradley serves as the Property Manager at the Fountains of Franklin.  Jim has worked in the construction business for many years and has performed residential maintenance for apartments and condominiums.  He also previously provided maintenance at another local assisted living facility.  After that experience, Jim realized that he had found his “niche!”

While Jim loves what he does at the Fountains, he is extremely proud of his five children and seven grandchildren.  He also loves to fish and work in his yard.
